"Body Play"

Session Abstract

This movement improvisation session will offer participants the opportunity to generate movement in response to their choice of musical, ideational and kinesthetic stimuli. Particular focus will be on playing constructively with movement material and with the mental processes preceding the actual movement. Apart from a brief period of reflection at the end it will be a practical session so participants should arrive dressed to move. No dance experience is necessary.
