Sarah is a secondary music teacher in the Newcastle area. She was awarded a National Excellence in Teaching Award in 2004 for her work in secondary schools. Sarah is a well-known Orff Schulwerk presenter, in 2005 she presented in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Newcastle and Foster.

Session Abstract

A highly creative, interactive and very watery experience. This session takes place pool-side, and uses water as both creative inspiration and as a means of manipulating sound. The ideas explored in this session could be adapted to primary or secondary classroom contexts. Stomp meets Esther Williams – come and make a SPLASH!
