Yoga in Motion : Fundamental Movement and Music

Session Abstract

In these early morning warmup sessions we will gently wake up our body and our mind so as to have the energy and enthusiasm needed to get the most out of the day's workshops and activities. Easy & simple activations & sequences will be repeated in the sessions so you have the opportunity to learn them. These sessions are a wonderful complement to Orff based music & movement.
Come join us for an enjoyable entree to a busy day. Wear comfortable clothing & bring a towel or shawl to lie down on, if possible.

Please feel free to join in anytime during the sessions.
