Robyn Staveley is well known as a presenter in NSW, nationally and internationally for Orff Schulwerk associations and other music education organisations. Currently an executive member of the NSW Orff Association and of the national body, ANCOS, she holds degrees in Education and Music as well as Orff Accreditation. Robyn has been involved in many Department of Education and Training state projects such as the new Creative Arts syllabus, Arts Action CD rom and curriculum materials such as Sync or Swing and Vocal- Ease. Robyn has been a classroom music teacher, lecturer in music education and in 2000, began her own business, Thinking for Creative Outcomes, which provides professional development and workshops in music education and thinking skills for Australian and international educational organisations. She is also music coordinator at Wenona and recipient of the ASME Excellence in Teaching award. |
