An Orff conference is a gathering of disparate minds, inventive thinkers,
imaginative musicians, enthusiastic professionals, passionate teachers, but
above all is a collection of people whose care, concern and commitment to
music education bring all barriers down, uniting forces for the common good
with the music education of children first and foremost as their goal.
By the end of the first day of a conference all unreasonable fears have been
dispelled; ideas are flowing; teachers exchange thoughts, concepts, and most
important gossip; music is happening and being made as a matter of course.
It really is a MUST for any teacher who wants to have a good time learning
and learn good things at the same time.
